I love hearing songs that encourage you to fight off your flesh over a banging hot hot beat.
Why? Because, it's like this:
Do you like listening to classical music while working out? NO?. I thought not.
Yeah, you need something that will get you moving, give you rhythm.
Also, hard-hitting songs with scripture references are hard to forget. Take "Work" by Tedashii for instance. As a result of that song, Philippians 3 is stuck in my head as the reference for Pressing towards the mark to take hold of what Christ took hold for me (God bless Tedashii for that)... and others.
Don't know of any songs that urge you to kill your flesh, here are a few:
